Our Role

Fareslist.ca (“Fareslist.ca,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a digital travel information platform that provides fare comparison, search tools and redirection assistance for airline tickets and travel services offered by third party providers.

It is important to understand that-

We are not a travel service provider. We do not own, operate, manage, control or deliver any airline, hotel, car rental, cruise, tour or travel service.

We act solely as an intermediary. We connect users with independent third party travel suppliers and booking portals for informational and comparison purposes.

We are not a party to your booking contract. Any travel services you purchase are governed by the terms, policies and conditions of the relevant travel supplier or booking platform.

Limitation of Liability for Travel Services

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Fareslist shall not be liable for any loss along with damage, delay, injury, inconvenience or expense resulting from:

• Flight delays along with cancellations and rescheduling or overbooking
• Service failures or quality issues by travel suppliers
• Accidents as well as illness or property loss during travel
• Denied boarding due to documentation or eligibility issues
• Supplier insolvency or operational shutdown
• Changes in accommodations, routes or amenities
• Violations of laws by travel providers

All claims relating to travel services must be addressed directly with the respective supplier.

Financial & Transactional Disclaimers

Third-party payments

Any transactions are processed through external booking providers or payment gateways.

Bank fees

We are not responsible for currency conversion fees, transaction charges or banking costs.

Exchange rate fluctuations

Currency values may vary between booking and travel.

Fraud controls

Transactions may be reviewed or declined by suppliers for security reasons beyond our control.

Use of Fareslist.ca is at your own risk. We do not guarantee that:

• The website will function without interruption or errors
• Content will always be accurate or up to date
• Technology will be free of viruses or security threats

We are not responsible for system failures, data loss or third party service disruptions.

Force Majeure

Fareslist shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including Natural disasters, Government actions, Pandemics or health emergencies, Wars or civil disturbances, Labor strikes and Weather disruptions.

Any bookings made through Fareslist.ca, including but not limited to bookings processed online, offline, via telephone, email, chat support, or through Fareslist's Sales and Customer Care Team, are facilitated strictly on behalf of third-party partners, travel providers, advertisers, or affiliated service providers. Fareslist does not directly process, manage, intervene in, or assume responsibility for any booking transactions made through its platform or communication channels. All bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, policies, pricing, and availability of the respective third-party provider, and users are advised to verify all booking details directly with the relevant service provider before completing any transaction.
